  United States Passport
  Foreign Passport stamped by the INS (Immigration     
    Naturalization Service)
  United States Military I.D. ("Smart Cards" not accepted)
  Inmate ID Card (for inmates in custody only)
  Credible Witness when valid ID is not available (2 Witnesses
    Required)
