Loan Signing Service


Loan signing fees vary based on location,
single or dual package 

Please call for a quote

  E-Doc Printing: $35 Per Loan (includes borrowers copy)
   Cancellations: E-Doc Printing fee
  No Show/Refusal to Sign: E-Doc Printing fee, Travel fee
   Repeat Visit Due to Lender/Escrow Error: Travel fee
  Repeat Visit Due to Notary Error: No charge
  Loan Does not Fund: All fees for services rendered
    due in full

** Due to limited office access Mon-Fri, E-Docs must be received
at least 24 hrs in advance

Mobile Notary Public Service

  Travel Fee: $15 Minimum (variable rate based on zip code)
  Notarial Act: $10 per notarized signature
  Notarial Act Declined (i.e, unacceptable ID): Travel Fee 
    due in full
  Payment Method: Cash or Check
